Never used a shotgun to kill a deer, but of the small game I've eaten over the years, I always spit out any shot I found. Never found any kind of fragments in the meat of big game animals. That study is by a-holes for a-holes that believe it is wrong to hunt animals for food.

If something can be "medically proven," then another avenue for prohibition may be available.

I'm like you, papadan -- I might almost break a tooth, but I spit the shot out. So did everybody else I grew up around.
