The "Chevron Doctrine" has been in play for far too long; good riddance. I wish we could say adios to Cornyn and Murphy, also. I seem to recall their oath to defend our Constitution, not to sweep it aside in efforts to forward the current administrations unlawful agenda. "Safer Communities Act." Right. . .

I’m glad to see the Supreme Court putting the onus back on Congress where it belongs. The Excutive Branch, packed to the brim with highly paid, not responsable to the taxpayers who pay them bureaucrats, has been like a runaway horse.
