Now, if they would do something about the pistol brace, that would be nice since I have been eyeing up one for quite sometime……
The pistol brace ban was also overturned a day or so before the bump stock ban.
Here is the issue a lot of folks are overlooking. The only reason these were overturned was because both Biden and Trump used an EO the the ATF wrote it up to “ban” them. The unconstitutional part was they weren’t made illegal by Congress.
So while anyone is good to go now there is already a bill introduced to ban both through the legislation. Being an election year wether it gets traction is yet to be seen but I’d guess in getting out off!
