Tac Latch Suggestions for Springfield Saint Victor

Forgive me if someone has already asked, but I did a search of the forums for tac latch and nothing came up.

Has anyone installed a Tac Latch to their Springfield charging handle and if so what brand/ model?

Going off of a quick google search, I wouldn't dream of spending $95 + shipping and tax on one of those. I can get a Radian Raptor cheaper and those don't look like a cheap piece of ****. Pass on the Tac Latch and get a Radian or a CH from just about ANY other reputable manufacturer.

Looking for an extended latch that will install on the charging handle provided by Springfield without any machine work needed.

Are you looking for something you can rack with the palm of your hand? That’s the only reason I could see that the tac latch would win out over radian’s charging handle.

Yes.

Trying to see if any forum members have installed on their Springfield charging handle without having to purchase a new charging handle.

When practicing failure to fire/feed/extract drills, having the magazine in my hand while racking was a bit difficult finding a good perch on the handle.

Put a Aero Precision Breach large handle CH in my .308 works fine. Liked the FDE color match better than the factory black anyway.
