Didn’t read the article, but here’s my way:

Only carry a pistol with a heavy, DAO trigger (S&W J-frame).

Only use a good holster in good condition—not a soft, floppy piece of junk.

To carry, insert the loaded Pistol in the holster, the place the holster in your pants, while slightly leaning back to keep from muzzling the liquid waste removal/recreational unit.

Carried my 640 thusly today, and I am happy to report my junk is intact.
