Yes, ball powder, I believe most stick and flake are off shore.

Yes it is made by St Marks Fl same as Winchester Ball powders.

A lot of regular prices have gone up prior to tariffs. Best policy is to buy when on sale, free shipping and/or no hazmat. All of my choices are made in the US, but may need to substitute based on price or availability. I may not need to buy more in my lifetime.

The answer is simple. Don't buy the imported stuff. They will start making it in the U.S. like it should be. We have created these problems for ourselves.
