I have a Marlin 1894C and a Henry Big Boy Steel that I love to take out to the land. I would like to act as if I know a lot about the performance of .357 Magnum in leverguns, but I have probably only fired a few hundred rounds of .357 through both guns combined. Whenever I'm just having fun and plinking on the land I run 38 Special in order to save a few bucks. However, that may soon change because I'm currently seeing .357 on the shelves more often than I'm finding 38 Special. I'm all for saving money, but I've got to have something to shoot.
