I don’t have big time knowledge on a lot of handguns but Glock as #1 um really???
My choice:
1. 1911-A1

My theory: the US Military didn't replace the 1911-A1. Modern battle rifles caused battle handguns to become obsolete, save for specialized applications. I'd much rather carry more 30 round magazines for a battle rifle than a handgun.
