The democrats keep forgetting about that pesky separation of powers issue...

Nothing pisses off the leftists more than a Woman, a Black, a Latino, a Gay, etc. going "off the plantation." The leftists believe they are ENTITLED to all such votes, and any such person who doesn't toe the party line must be treated like a runaway slave and dealt with HARSHLY as a public example, lest the other slaves get the idea that maybe they'd be better off if they "got uppity" and ran off the plantation, too.

It's just that simple. It's an old, old game and they've been playing it for a long, long time. And it's about time that all good people of whatever race, sex, party, or whatever else recognize it for what it is and stop putting up with it.

Here endeth the lesson.

That's right, I said it!

The Constitution established three "separate" branches of the government.

While the Senate participates in the approval of SCOTUS justices, Congress has NO authority over the Supreme Court.

All they can do is try to badger the justices they don't like into having them cave to pressure.

A certain party hasn't forgotten the separation of powers, they just ignore it

The democrats are after Thomas in the hopes that they can get him replaced with another liberal. Thomas just keeps pinning targets to his own back.

Sort of like crooked Sonia Sotomayor using her staff to hock her book and forcing orgs that have Justice Sotomayor to buy large amounts of her book for sale at each speaking engagement? And receiving $1.2 million from the publisher but did not reuse herself from cases involving her publisher.

Better impeach Sotomayor first for pushing her product to make $3.7 million, before you look at Justice Thomas getting some plane rides.

And KBJ's failure to disclose family income for years.

And RBG's failure to recluse herself from 20 cases on companies that her husband held stock in.
