In reading the article it appears that eating home-grown/locally raised meat is far better for you than Big business meats.

I personally am glad more women are taking up hunting, whether for the meat or just the experience. To me, hunting is more about the experience than the meat, although it is really nice to have the meat! It usually takes me about 3 days in the woods to get the hustle/bustle out of my brain and start appreciating the experience. It is kind of like getting in the zone.

Me too. I'm fortunate to live in an area that I can get out to scout early, and into the zone early.
 
Live my wife to death, but the time alone in a deer stand is a welcome reprieve. Besides, she wouldnt let me shoot anything to “cute” so I’m trying to put venison on the table, not judge a beauty contest.

let the woman hunt all they want. She can have my gun every other week end 😉🤪
