It's unclear how some practicalities, such as shelf life and shipping survivability, might affect the use of this pods for military applications. But it sure looks interesting... and a lot more palatable than plastic. Edible water: I guess the "Tide pod" craze was good for something.

and THIS....i have a problem with........

as it is now, the stupid kids were eating Tide pods.......

now, let's just go ahead and fill these things with Dove, Ivory Snow, Ajax, and Tidy Bowl....

and then place them in a safe place where the kids won't get at'em.......oh sure........that'll work
 
Interesting concept. It would certainly cut down on the use of plastic bottles.
I wonder if it would work with other liquids? Soft drinks? Fruit juice? liquor?
