The Hardest Goodbye

Just got home from the vets. Had to say GOODBYE to Berlin. She was just shy of 9 years old. She was battling a slight case of dog pneumonia and some lung damage. Thought she was getting better but today they discovered a lump on her spleen so the specialist said basically it could rupture at any time and it would be very painful so my Wife and I had to make a really tough decision. The best Hello is getting a puppy but the hardest goodbye is when that day arrives. Someday I hope to see all my dogos waiting for me on the other side. I am just going to ask that my fellow 2nd Amendment friends here could take a minute and say a PRAYER for my BEST FRIEND... THANKS.

sorry for your loss
my dogs are family
no words to soothe the loss we speak ours names often and keep pics of them around
then out of the blue a stray or adoptee finds us and we begin again.
they may be gone in physical form, but never in our hearts
you mentioned a tumor on the spleen ..thats what took my 10 year old pit mix adopt us dog
he battled a bout with weird infection one year then boom a tumor sprung up and he had to be in sever pain. but never let on until the last day
about killed us.

it will pass, and it may get better.
but keep the pup in your mind and heart.
God has a plan for the dogs that go ...he has to . to many babies in heaven need playmates i beleive
