This is a good bill that I would really like to see get passed, but in today’s administration, it doesn’t have a snowballs chance in h3ll.

Yes it would be great. Then , after it is passed , maybe we could get the wonderful state of Illinois to let us peasants buy one.

Why TF wasn’t this bill brought to the floor and passed the first time when the R’s had the majority and the White House?

It's almost like R’s aren’t serious about passing pro-gun legislation, and only bring it up when they want to get their base riled up, or need money...

I guarantee you someone brought it up. The fact is the majority of the republicans and really all politicians are just like %itch McConnell. Interested only in optics and keeping their jobs and power.

Because the Vegas concert shooting happened the day before it was to be voted on by a R majority house and senate. So it got shelved indefinitely along with national ccw reciprocity.
