The Alien Creator Evolution pistol has a fixed barrel and non-locking slide and functions with a gas-delayed blowback action. The benefit is that the cycle time is minimized, allowing you to shoot follow-up shots faster.

Most semi-automatic pistol barrels tilt downward as the slide moves, so the barrel must have space to do this. The Alien Creator pistol barrel stays in place entirely and requires no extra “spacing” for it.

The gas piston internally controls the flow of gases and works with the recoil spring to function the slide. So, while the slide reciprocates, the barrel and top rail stay in place.

If you want to see its performance by a good shooter, check out videos on this pistol from Honest Outlaw on youtube....I remember you can swap out between irons and a dot with both sights remaining zeroed during the removal and change...lots of cool features on this one. Even if it is Marvin the Martian's favorite.
