If the market can support it, who cares ? An enormous number of people like ARs and like building and modding and shooting them. A lot more at this point than people who are into 1911s.

Like any product they will succeed or fail on their own merits.

Oh, I have and shot one. Some reason I dont mind dropping $$$ on thermals or optics but the rifles I have wallet aversion
