I've never owned one of these combo guns, but have thought for a long time that a .22LR/20 ga 3" mag would make a HELLA lot of sense as a "survival gun." Especially with maybe something like a 3" or 4" .357 on your hip or tucked into a chest or shoulder holster.

I have a similar Stevens 240 I think is the model, it was my father's.
It is a 410 O/U on the 24 frame, dual hammers and triggers.

Now has a walmut stock and fore end.

That's what I learned to shoot with. My nephew has it now and is teaching his kids to shoot with it.

I saw a 410/22 combo on gunbroker last week. I think it was a savage. I’m curious now.
