The STORE

Is anyone else having trouble signing into the store ? I'm using my correct information and it's not recognizing my password. I did get an email the other day stating that they changed the store's format to make shopping easier. Is it possible that I may have to create a new account ? Any help would be appreciated.... Thanks in advance......

Not me Wolfpack. I used this link below and logged in successfully. In fact I received an email today from Springfield, and there was a picture of a M1 Carbine. At first I thought it was a new release announcement and thought "Well here's another one I'm gonna need for my collection :D", but it was advertising their M1 Carbine Airgun :(, announcing their new format of their store.

I didn't even know there was a store where you create an account with a password.

When you register any SA firearm. They give you a code to visit their store to get selected items for a discount. You don’t have to register for an account, but it’s easier to track anything ordered from the store when you do. I recently ordered the 3 different capacity mags for the Prodigy along with the Trijicon optics plate that should ship in October With their 15% off entire store for not winning the Prodigy. The 3 mags were shipped and although they sent an email with the tracking number,I can log into the account and view recent orders and such.

I registered mine and I don't recall getting a code and I definitely didn't get any free stuff.

Well, they’ve always given me a code to use for a 90 day discount and then ask if I want to go there now. I do usually, but keep the code if I don’t want to buy anything at that time. I never got any free stuff, only selected items were presented to me. Rarely does it allow me to buy anything related to the gun I just registered (others here do get selected items of guns they just registered, or so I’ve read on here), and quite often it’s only $1 off items, so I don’t bother. But when I did order an item, upon checkout, it asked if I wanted to register which I did.

I created an account when I purchased my first Springfield product and have been using it since. Save a few bucks here and there. I did find out when I called Customer Service that you can ask for parts which they don't sell in the store and they will sell them over the phone to you same for Smith and Wesson they sell parts via the phone. I was just wondering if I had to start over so to speak since they revamped the store. I tried to do the forgot my password but they never sent a link to reset it. I'll just call Customer Service later. Thanks for the info folks.

Yep, my account also locked me out the Thursday before Labor Day weekend after I just bought and registered a Hellcat Pro and a Hellion. It would not send me the email to reset my password either. Customer Service said she couldn't fix it and would have the IT department contact me. I'm still holding my breath here!

Also on another thread here I called Customer Service for the Hellcat Pro OSP footprint information and compatible red dot list. The nice CSR lady told me she would have to have one of the techs answer this for me, holding my breath on this one too.

Just got off the phone with Springfield Customer Service. They advised that since they revamped the store web site some not all customers may have to create a new account. So I'll see how this goes.
I had to create a new account to view the new store this morning. I like the way it’s setup.
It appears that some, not all customers, were completely lost from their database . The stupidity of it is they can't contact you to tell you they lost all your info ... because they lost all your info. 🙄

Well I guess I'm wrong. I can't create a new account either because it says my email address is already in use. But the "reset password" link won't send me the email to reset the password and insinuates the account doesn't exist if it doesn't send me the reset email. I guess they don't like me at all. 😒

Guess I'll try  again next week.
