Name a constitutional right that is interpreted differently because of the 14th amendment. Not applied differently, interpreted differently.
Constitutional rights are interpreted differently all the time by different people, different supreme court justices, activist federal judges, etc.. And even if it is the state of whatever that violates your rights, it's the federal government who is in charge of making sure it doesn't happen or is rectified. Hence why Obama sent Holder to Ferguson, Missouri to make sure Michael Brown's civil rights weren't violated.
There are not 2 constitutions. This article was crafted to crap on ACB because the left is desperate. She is spotless. That's why they are glomming on to the ACA and Roe v Wade. Which these are speculations and litmus tests and have no legitimate place in advise and consent.
Like Obama said, " Elections have consequences". If the democrats had a decent candidate in 2016 it would have been a moot point, but of all people they nominate Hillary Clinton. Possibly the most disliked woman in politics. And now they nominate Joe Biden? Ha ha ha. If they spent 1/4th of the time they spent trying to impeach Trump on finding a democrat that didn't suck to nominate for POTUS they wouldn't have to resort to cheating to beat Trump. And frankly if RBG wasn't such a narcissist and would have bowed out before the 2016 election they wouldn't be facing the likelihood of a conservative Supreme Court for the next 20 years.
