This is What I Really Want

There's some dude that made a death ray out of a satellite dish and a space blanket. Allegedly harnesses the sun's power to cut through steel and wood like butter. That's what I really want. You can build a small helo from a kit pretty reasonably. A death ray, I'm not sure. Kinda makes my lawn sprinkler system filled with gasoline and my flamethrower seem pedestrian.

Since flamethrowers are legal in most if not all states and until recently you could buy the Viet Nam era ones really cheap at surplus auctions I learned a long time ago how quickly they will clean the snow off your driveway. I also learned you should warn any neighbors before you use it the first time.

I also learned how many friendly neighbors I had whenever it snowed heavily. :)

Until Covid you could buy a new one with a strap and groovy mean face guy stickers on the side of it for like $400. They’re up to about $600 now.
