I was following the event in Virginia, nervously, all day. I was hoping the radical left would not cause violence, and I was relieved at the end of the day to hear all went well. Will the gun grabbers back down? No, their efforts to disarm the State will only increase.

I don't see any reason for them to back down. They own the government at this time. Will have to go to the courts short of an insurrection.

I bet he was, because he and his ilk count on negative confrontation to further their agenda. I wonder if he was holed-up at home at the governor's mansion with of course his armed security detail on duty.

Kentucky's turn is coming soon unfortunately, and the newly "elected" dem governor was probably watching Virginia yesterday to see how it turned out.

This will began to show that regardless of the public outcry the people in power will do what they want. Just remember this is the same governor who says it is okay for a child to be born full term and then the mother can decide to abort it. Most places would consider that murder.

And she also claimed that the Democratic party was "Center - Conservative" and that there was no left currently in the party. If that's her definition and with her political ideology, I fear to see what it would look like if they went full "Left" in her eyes.

I agree, they won't back down. I can only hope that Maybe, Just Maybe, SCOTUS will start hearing more 2A cases, seeing how passionate the Va. turn out was. Probably not, but one can hope.

She is so much devoted to her party she won't go willingly. At her age she should above all know that her party now deserves not one iota of devotion. She should either flip or retire.
