Threaded Barrel for 1911 Professional .45 ACP

Any advice on best options to equip the 1911 Professional Custom with a threaded barrel?
Assume suppressor height sights would need to be part of the package.
Hoping someone, perhaps a LEO/armorer, can offer a master plan/options for complete solution?
 
No - do not plan to order suppressor until I figure out the right barrel/sight config as the ATF approval wait time is 12-13 months. Just looking to line up a plan once the suppressor arrives (in 2025?).
 
If I owned a Professional I would be hesitant to put anything less than a high quality custom fit barrel. Springfield did make a Silent Operator with extended threaded barrel in the Custom shop so I would start with the Custom shop.
 
Barstow is a good option but its semi-fit. So would have to either fit yourself, depending on skill level, or have a shop fit it.

Frankly, the professional to me is pretty top tier, the only ones I would want to work on it, is the Springfield custom shop. Plus I believe if they do the work the warranty would stay intact. Just in case anything were to ever happen.

I am sure nighthawk or Wilson would also do the work. But if the custom shop will do it, I would send it back to them for the work.
