Should I go through the lounge reporting every similar comment that is political and non 2A ?

Can we have some uniformity in the way you guys moderate for chrissakes ?

At a minimum can the moderator who is deleting half an hour worth of my posts send a PM explaining instead of a snarky and short “alert” threatening to assess some sort of points ?

I had two deleted yesterday, but in all fairness mine had some name calling it them. i know that's a no no so i could have got some time off for it. you noticed i haven;t been in those threads since then. i get too worked up over losing rights and all that is happening. so to keep from getting banned i am ignoring those that have TDS.

The Forum Rules have always been applied unevenly and without real explanation(s) on why posts are deleted.

when i used to drive, non-stop from MA to Richmond, VA, about a 10 hour drive, i "kept my inner fluids" to myself......

not a good idea, said the urologist..

he said..."stop and let it go every 2-3 hours or so"

this would be my recommendation to you......"let it got every few minutes or so"

by the time they catch up to you, you'll be laying down rubber on those new Michelins......

In fact, it seems the whole thread disappeared.
Oh well, their house, their rules. That's just the way it is. No point is whining about it. :rolleyes:
 
i think many of us got zapped this week
maybe we are all so passionate about issues that our inner demon emerges and we type words otherwise would go unsaid. instead of using the BIG words that take longer to look up

i got zapped, it bothered me for a minute, at least its no fb or old twitter and lifetime ban for speaking the truth.

it happens , i move on

I got tagged 4 times.

To say moderation is biased, unevenly applied, mercurial—sliding from “anything goes” to “crackdown” modes on the whim of whatever mod has an attitude problem at a particular moment…would be a colossal understatement.

You get posts with actual violations (swearing, name calling, et al) that get reported, but not taken down, and then others which are simply in a gray area nuked.

Then again…maybe I’m not the only one who occasionally day drinks.
