This is almost exactly like the CZ-made SA M6 version.

Neat little gun, its nice that they can change calibers with the inserts but how accurate would they be.
 
The inserts would only work in the .410 barrel. Many inserts have a section of rifling for the pistol cartridges they're chambered for.
