TUI Rounds

Does anyone have any experience with TUI handgun rounds like the 9mm TUI rounds? I am a lifelong shooter and had never been tracking TUI rounds and then there they were at my local shop. Anyone have any experience with these kind of rounds?

I never shot any but they are supposed to tumble upon impact, thus the name. guess it causes more damage.

Gimmick, like lots of low quality ammo these days, just a way for you to spend money, stay with a well known quantity name brand of ammo for self defense

i never heard of them, so i did a quick search.

seems to me that this would be like that R.I.P. ammo, that "the stories" of prosecutors try to get you convicted easier of murder, since one seems hell bent on killing, rather than defending themselves.
