Turn your Hellcat Pro into an incredibly accurate, handgun with a great trigger. Best CCW on the planet

I own several great handguns, S&W Compact 2.0 with Holoson 507c. Beretta 92x with Landon slide and Holoson 507c, and a S&W 2.0 with night sights. All the S&Ws have Apex triggers. Still I have been searching for the perfect carry gun. I had a 9mm EZ for a while but it just did not cut it. One day I walked into a local gun shop and tried the Hellcat Pro. It fit my hand better than any small handgun I have shot, It bought it on the spot and put the EZ up for sale. The Hellcat Pro came with 5 magazines and a case - outstanding. It holds 15-17 rounds and is not much larger than the EZ that held 8. Incredible development by Springfield Arms. The white outline U sight is one of the best I have seen on a stock handgun. However, the 7 pound, plastic curved trigger was a real turn-off. So, I installed the M*Carbo Aluminum Flat Trigger and the titanium striker. Wow - a 4.5 lb trigger with a great reset; I adjusted out some of the take-up but only a small amount. Just installing the titanium striker reduced the trigger pull to 4.5 but I went for the aluminum trigger too. What a difference. This little gun shoots as well as any of my larger handguns. Next I installed a Holoson EPS Carry with a 6 MOA dot and Night Fusion co-witness night sights. This little gun is a tack driver now. It is also very easy to draw and have the dot on target. The backup sights are perfect and are easy to use if needed and accurate. In my option after the mods, there is no better small gun. I looked at the latest M&P Shields and it's no contest. I love shooting this gun, something I cannot say about most small handguns I have tried. See images.

NIce pistol and setup for you.

Best of course is arbitrary and entirely a personal opinion. Did not like it myself, greatly prefer the Sig P365XL, its the best striker fired mini I have found. Best as we have defined it being my opinion.

Let us know what you end up using ...
I put an Apex in my regular Hellcat and while not a great improvement it was an improvement over the stock trigger and with time, firing and dry fire it has gotten even better.

Been looking into other available options but IDK. Tyrant is just a trigger shoe, so more than likely will be minimal change, if any. Powder River Precision will be 1/3 the cost of the pistol, so not likely to do that. Both the Overwatch Precision and the Mcarbo spring kit and trigger will be $120. So not sure yet.

I don't wanna bypass any factory safeties so not sure if I wanna replace the sear like Overwatch would. The Mcarbo is just springs and trigger shoe so I'm feeling positive about that option. I can polish the factory sear like I did with my std Hellcat when I installed its Apex. I'm pretty pleased with the Apex in my std Hellcat, it's definitely better now with a few hundred rounds through it after installation. Side by side with my Pro the 2-3 year old Apex Hellcat is far better. So I may go with another Apex. I can't remember how bad my std Hellcat trigger was but all I know is my Pro trigger has to go. It's not the worse trigger I've ever used but it sucks.

I got an Apex for my hellcat pro. Just got it installed and I’ve run 100 rounds through it. Not a big improvement in my opinion. Don’t think I’d do it again
Put some oil on the contact surfaces of the trigger parts and sear and springs. Dry fire it a bunch, shoot it a couple hundred more, clean and add more oil, dry fire some more. It gets better with use.

Yeah I'm trying to decide on a replacement trigger for my Hellcat Pro right now.
I left the OEM trigger in my Hellcat, looks fine, no issues but installed the Mcarbo striker and associated springs a few days ago. Kit really cleaned up trigger action nicely, reduced pull and that’s without polishing anything - expecting some improved accuracy at today’s range session.

Report back please after range trip.
Here’s what I posted on other topic:

Busted out another 200 today, 400 total through HellPup.

Trigger felt great with Mcarbo titanium striker & spring kit - had a lot of surprise shots which I liked.

Pleased with 15 yard results since my sight picture is blurry with corrected vision, lol. Keep your friends close and bad apples further away!

365 XL nice gun too. I might have got carried away with the title ( Best CCW on the Planet). Certainly beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Lack of a true trigger safety has kept me away form SIGs, but the 365 does feel nice. Mostly I wanted to let people know what a great trigger upgrade the M*Carbo trigger is for the Hellcat. Lots of People LOVE Glocks too out you can count me out on that one. It is a matter of opinion. As you stated!
