Guys there are currently almost 20 unanswered threads on this forum under the unanswered threads tab.

You should take a look at the subjects and see if you can contribute to the threads in some way. Sometimes it only takes one person to kickstart a thread to open up some good discussions.

If you get a chance checkout what's in there.
 
I hate to see a thread go unanswered, but sometimes it is a subject I just don't have enough knowledge on to make a comment and many of the unanswered posts appear to be the FYI type where a response is not necessarily expected.

I totally agree with you Tenbones. It is difficult sometimes finding a way to contribute. I don't always jump on every thread because of different reasons like you outlined. Some threads could be treated as an FYI because of the content which makes it hard to illicit a response from us.
 
Thanks for pointing that out. I've been very busy with school and stuff, but will see what I can do. As the key members of this, or any forum, we should make sure every thread is answered, even if it's just something like I'll look into this and get back. New members who answer questions that don't get answered will ask elsewhere and not return. Make people feel welcome.

Great point!

I dig into the unanswered threads fairly often and try to contribute when I can.

If you all run into something you can't answer that might be able to be answered by Springfield, drop me a message and I'll see if I can reach out and get an answer. I might miss something when I'm looking through here, and I'd hate to let something slip through the cracks. Once again, I appreciate you all making this effort.

I vote we make 10mmLife the ’official” site monitor (or sentinel if you prefer). Lots of tedious work, long hours, little (no make that), NO pay. Congratulations 10mmLife, come on down 👏👍🥳

It can’t believe it 😟😢. This was your “in“ to the Springfield Armory family. True no pay involved, but they’d take it to consideration when promo’s came out that you’d be one of the first to know. Of course you’d know first because it would be your task to post it to everyone else out there. Oh, and even with out pay, you’d be considered a S.A. Employee & wouldn’t be eligible to enter the contest. 🙁😡
