I know what you mean. I have twins, boy and a girl. They each got their first “gun” when they were 5, a daisy BB gun. One was the pink, of course, but it is time we get to spend together and something we all enjoy. They hunt and fish and shoot with me. I enjoy teaching them these things, although a lot of times it’s repetitive at this age and I don’t mind it because I know they are learning and I know and see they are having fun.Thanks.. definitely worth the time just to get a visual reminder. My dad drilled those 4 safety rules in my brain when I was a young little guy eager to shoot my daisy red rider.
Can’t wait til my girls are old enough to go to the range with me. Well I shouldn’t say can’t wait bc then that means they’ll be older .. so I retract my statement. I can wait but the thought of sharing my love for shooting and the outdoors excites me.
