You could always create a non-important junk email address for signing up for sites you don't want a connection with so your regular email inbox doesn't get spammed with unwanted emails.
I use an email I specifically created for store rewards points so that's all I get there.
Email addresses are free so make as many as your heart desires....
Sad stuff that didn't need to happen that was caused from a total lack of planning by incompetent politicians.

Gmail or outlook are really easy to sign up for.
Gmail is easier because you don't need to type outlook everytime.

The incompetence and stupidity of leadership in this is breathtaking. Our troops in harm's way deserve nothing less than good leadership. I am saddened, embarrassed, and angry. There must be a reckoning.
