I received this today as well Cliff. Not only that but as a USCCA Elite member, I got the same video about 2 weeks ago and watched it then. Good scenarios and discussion afterwards, which reminds me of First Person Defender scenarios they do on Gun Talk TV.Hi!
This video showed up in my email today. It's a couple of staged live scenarios, a coffee shop robbery, with discussion by some regular USCCA contributors. I found it interesting. Maybe you will too.

As an Elite member, they give you content you can access on your dashboard. It looks like they eventually send some out to all members. And when I got it again today I’m wondering if I should save a few bucks and go down to the Gold level. For Elite, they do offer a lot of training videos and online courses I can view/take, but I really don’t spend that much time on there, so not sure if it’s worth it to me.Hi,
I'm only a Gold member. I guess that's why I get it later.
I do enjoy listening to Tom Grieve, and also Andrew Branca [Branca's Youtube channel], talking about self defense cases in the news. It makes you really consider all your options before using your firearm to defend yourself. You always want to be on the right side of the law and live to tell about it.

Thanks for the video. Thought it showed 2 scenarios that could happen on any given day and the outcomes.

You’ll never know until it happens.Hi,
Yeah, they were both pretty intense even though you knew they were staged training scenarios. It really makes you think, "What would/could I do in that situation? Would it be a good shoot?" Hopefully these thought experiments will make for better self defense outcomes.

Period.
Bet $$ the mall savior didnt anticipate he’d be in a gunfight and land 8 out of 10
Hire the right lawyers and drive a white bronco and it wont matter what you sayHi,
Indeed. We are preparing for a situation that we hope never occurs.
One of the major points I took away from this video is, do not talk to anyone until after you've had a chance to calm down and process what has just happened. Wait until your lawyer shows up, request a medical examination, anything to put off giving your statement to police until your memory has recalled all the details.
Colion was sure he fired only three shots. Video proved he fired eight shots. Details like that can make or break your case. Besides the "fight, flight, or freeze" reactions, your body can go through quite an adrenaline dump leading to tunnel vision, auditory exclusion, memory lapses, false memories, time dilation, etc.
All we can hope for is that our training will be enough if and when the time comes. Lord have mercy.
