Professionally, I'm babysitting a New York law firm trying to practice in Minnesota and it's been a cluster. Highly unprofessional but they're trying to take care of a railroader under the FELA (there is no workman's compensation for a union railroad worker), so I'm running my butt off sorting their business. People hate lawyers until they need us, then we're their best friend. It's been a hell of a wild week sorting these people so I took off early to unwind. I got some 10mm and .308 hunting rounds loaded, picked up chamber and case measuring tools along with some ADC .300 Win Mag brass, and spent some time with my niece and nephew to dump the aggression, then hit the gym for training for the Berlin Marathon this September and get some strength work in. Today was the first day I could do strength work without pain since a rock climbing fall last June. I stopped after repping 205, keeping it easy to work back, but I'll take that after close to nine months of just doing rehab work.

Bench. Rock climbing fall messed up my right shoulder, the Lisbon marathon lsst year messed up my left knee and ankle. It's been a long road working those out.

And the lawyer making my week suck got fired.
Glad your getting better, I still have to watch how I move and stuff after my surgery I had, hang in there and don’t push it to much.
