Visit to Paris, France

USMC1911

Master Class
The wife treated me to a tour in Paris that was on my bucket list. I made it to where the Battle of Belleau Woods was fought. Been hearing about this Battle since Boot Camp at PI. I also met a Marine from 1966 that served in Vietnam. He was also drinking from the fountain. We chatted for a while and found out we had the same MOS of Comm operator. I had a great time. Tour Guide told me he only usually get Marines that visit. Most people go to Normandy. That will be on my next visit(God Willing). I also visited a few of the popular sights to see in Paris (The Eifell tower, The Lourve and The Seine River.

Paris is a great place to visit. I didn't get to see near the stuff I wanted to when I was there. We were only there two days.

I was looking for some of the pics. There's a great one of me and my daughter on the Arc Di Triomph with Eiffel in the background. I forgot I lost most of my photos when I ran over my phone with a trackhoe.

Anyway, here's a recent picture of a cat I used to know laying in the roundabout.
