Trump's pick was likely just as much about the next 4 years as after that....his pick would be the next potential president...thus he would not likely pick a candidate "not" onboard with his agenda (Haley et-al). I like Vance. Not that it matters...he could have chosen Joy Behar and I would still vote for him.

Vance told a story about his grandmother last night at the convention. Said they found 19 loaded handguns throughout her house after she died. It was because she was having mobility issues and wanted one nearby where ever she might be in the house.
