We Can’t Stop Crime, So We’ll Go After Glock: New Jersey, Minnesota AGs Sue Manufacturer

Another useless law suit against Glock, claiming there manufacturing the Glock so it’s easy to convert using the Glock switch which is illegal in the first place

Persecuting a manufacturer for something they have no control over spits in the face of the American justice system. Lawfare is disgusting, but it's part of the Marxist-Democrat playbook.

A bigger concern for me arises should they actually win, either in court or by making Glock redesign their products. It's not a stretch for them to then make the same argument about AR platform rifles. How many manufacturers are willing to endure this lawfare?

The whole thing becomes even more repugnant when one considers the fact that they are using taxpayer funds to conduct these attacks. Nothing like being forced to fund lawsuits against yourself.

Perhaps someone with more understanding could speak to this…
I heard former federal agent suggest that perhaps AG’s and Prosecutors be held the same standards as many other professions ; like say a Dr that had to carry a policy to protect against malpractice. The gentleman stated that as a former Fed Agent he had to carry an 2 million dollar insurance policy.
Some sort of mechanism in place to aside from “the bar” to put personal skin in the game.

democrats: We can't stop (name the crime) so we'll legalize it. That'll lower crime statistics.

Next democrat idea will be to sue automobile manufacturers and confiscate the car 'easily' driven by DUI drivers (check the annual deaths, injuries and property damage that crime causes). Or, criminalize edged weapons, blunt force objects, yada, yada.

They'll never put the responsibility for crime where it really belongs...

Let me get this straight-no we can sue Jim Beam and Jack Daniels because we’re drunk, AND can sue Ford or Chevy because we were driving a car THEY made when we crash while drunk? This is what happens when you have 5% of the worlds population and 95% of the world’s lawyers🙄

Consider the source in MN. with a long history of being a leftist DFL radical.

But when you have the population in "The Cities" (aka Minneapolis and St. Paul) this is what the state gets.

Plus "Weirdo Waltz".

And the drone governor in NJ.
