What ever happened to all the talk about the new SA model to be introduced?

What happened to all of the discussion about the new SA model that is supposed to be introduced on 7/12? It seems like there was a pretty lively discussion about what it was supposed to be and now that the date is getting close, nothing. It may be that most people were hoping for something more, but for it to die down completely is surprising.

Other sites have already posted pictures of the leaked model, but I would have thought that Armory Life would still be discussing it.

nah...fogedaboud what anyone posted about a leaked picture..

everyone is staying away from any new S/A for like 27 years, for all the bugs to be worked out...

now, if you'll excuse me, i gotta duck and cover

I know you're just joking 😉😆😉.
The Prodigy turned out to be a great pistol eventually, I know I love mine, but for a lot of people it sure could have used a little bit more of that debugging before it was introduced.
Long after everything was taken care of, people are still wondering if the Prodigy is safe to buy. That's how reputations are ruined.
Customers have long memories. Let's just hope that SA did their due diligence on this new model, whatever it's called.

then you also never bought the SA-35..??

the problems they had (or still have) makes Ford look like a perfectly built Rolls Royce.
