Looks like this may go through. Although there's no way to know for sure or if it will go through as proposed. My understanding is that it is planned to go into effect in August with a 120 day implementation period (or some such thing). I suspect there will be MANY lawsuits over this. Millions and millions of pistols with braces out there and I'm sure millions of braces still on the market to be sold. I don't even know how many companies out there that produce braces that would be put out of business. You also have an untold number of braced pistols on the market now and I'm sure they are still being produced. This is ripe for lawsuits. I just hope it doesn't go through. My only ARs are pistols right now, I'm not looking forward to having to deal with this...
