What sling for saint edge evac?

Most all QD attachments are compatible. As far as slings it depends on what style you're looking for? single point, 2 point or convertible (2 point to single). @Bassbob points out a good sling and magpul does sell attachments that you can use without using magpul brand slings. As far as hook style I prefer HK hooks over the other types. you can also add a single or more sided buffer tube (doesn't require the castle nut to be removed) if wanting something closer.

Cross Tac makes a really nice sling that can be converted on the fly from single point to double point. I have a few of this exact model with the cobra buckles with QD connectors and HK hooks. These are by far the best slings I've used for rifles and pistols.

Here's more options

If he scrolls down on the midway link you provided he can also see buttstock slings attachments

The Primary Weapons Systems ratchet lock end plate with built in QD connector is an awesome option also. I've used this on a couple builds. You don't need to wrench down and stake the castle nut because it's self locking.

I think SI also has a similar style? The ratcheting not with the qd (unsure about that part).

I am partial to Specter Gear slings. I have them on all my rifles and have been recommending them to my students for years with no complaints. Slings are their thing and they have every imaginable attachment and configuration. I personally like all my slings to have a QD attachment and an emergency exit buckle.
I feel the same way about Blue Force Gear. ALL my shotguns sport them. I do use the Magpul slings on the ARs though because they are so light. No need for the beef

Magpul MS4 QDM, one point or two point convertible. Best of both worlds and easy to reconfigure with Magpul accessories.

YES! - You can probably find it a few dollars cheaper at Academy or something.

Specter Gear makes probably the best sling out there for the Mini-14. I have one on a Mini-14 right now. The butt stock mag pouch for a 20 round mag by Specter Gear is an awesome addition as well.

Definitely a good bang for the buck.
