What to Expect from Remington and Roundhill

Little more information on Remington Arms

Interesting article, thanks for posting Anni. In the past I was looking for a Remington Versa Max semi auto shotgun for Sporting Clays, Skeet & Trap, but could never find one around my local area. A Gunsmith I brought several gun to, thought they were excellent shotguns, and were the vast majority of shotguns brought in for cleaning/maintenance prior to hunting season.

Yep I'd like to have one as well. I cannot say I'm not just a little skeptical that some QC may have been lax in the last year or so.
Yeah, I'll probably wait now and see how the new managed Remington company operates. I have two of their products, an 870 Tactical shotgun and their 870 Tac14DM (detachable magazine), which to date operate well. Perhaps one day I'll also look at their 1911.

They never impressed me...just rebadged ParaOrdnance in the beginning.

They also had some pretty ugly internals later on...soft sears, brittle hammers...
My brothers pistol is a recent version, he has fired many hundreds of rounds with no issue, he just needs to learn to clean it better

My brother has one of the Remington R1 commanders......great shooter
I've actually heard nothing but good things about the 1911 they made.

That debacle they had with the R51 soured me good on one of those. I looked forward to it coming out, seemed that only a very small segment of them actually worked. Hurry up design a second edition, that one in my hand felt like a toy. To date I don't know if it was successful or not I never did see another one after the first second batch came through gun shop
