Assuming seriousness, "new potatoes" can be virtually any variety that is harvested when quite small. Freshness, texture, and taste are well defined.

i never heard of that before...

i'm thinking like, "well, if you ate the older potatoes before they went bad, you'd not need to go out and buy new potatoes"....

i'd rather have simple......after this below.....

after shopping for the needs of my eggplant lasagna, minus the garden fresh eggplants i picked.....

preparing the meal, cleaning up after the prep (about 1.5 hours)

cooking the lasagna (about 1 hour)

eating the lasagna (about 10 minutes)

cleaning up after eating (about 15 minutes)

placing left overs in another baking dish (less than 3 minutes)

i need 2 extra naps now....(at least 4 hours each)

a peanut butter-jelly and banana sandwich woulda been faster. (about 40 seconds to make)...and 30 seconds to eat.
