I haven't been a big basketball fan since the Jordan/Bird/Magic era, but my youngest son is. I've taken him to a few SMU Mustangs games each season for the past few years. SMU is one of the few schools that still allows differing viewpoints, and offers a certain number of free tickets each game to first responders and active/retired military. When we went to see the Mustangs take on Georgetown last season, George W. Bush was sitting courtside. Those games are what I'm going to miss the most in the COVID era.
