this is about why you take to 1 cartridge of the rest and why you stick to that cartridge! from looking on here and seeing many swap 1 out (mainly 9x19's) just to get another in the same size (sub-comp for sub-comp for example) or another rifle in the same cartridge (or compatible 223rem/5.56nato, but not using nato in 223rem). since i reload my approach is a little different as i can use the caliber in a different cartridge that's caliber compatible. i haven't gotten into the whole buy, sell and trade yet (not sure if i will), but more of a branching out into different cartridges of the same caliber. so, what do you profess?
i am not fully understanding your question?
i flunked gym, in favor of nap time.
but if i can sift thru it, what do we like..?? and stick with..???
for EDC, right now, it is my Hellcat in 9mm
sometimes my Glock G-30 in 45 ACP
i have a .357 snubby revolver, just no holster.
for general target practice,
.22 lr, .22 mag, 38 special/357 mag, 9mm, 45 ACP, and 45 Colt LC
i have sold, traded mostly 9mm and 357 mags, and 45 ACP's, and with the exception of the .357, bought the others, of different brands, or models
case in point, i'd gladly buy another CZ 9 mm, or another 1911 in 45 ACP...(just say another Dan Wesson or S&W)
i'd gladly buy another .22 lr, (pistol only) maybe this time another brand.
i just don't see the need or want on my part to have a 10mm, 44 special/mag, or any other caliber in my collection.
what i have serves me well, as i reload, and just don't want a room full of brass, bullets, dies, presses, benches, etc, etc.
nor another locking cabinet to store all that crappola.
for me, the Hellcat fits really nicely in my hand, for others it's too small, reason why some may rid of one subcompact, for another brand.???
