Why I Support the 2nd Amendment

A great many people have come up with a great many different takes on the subject. The Founding Fathers ensconced life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness in the Declaration of Independence as “inalienable rights” that no man, from the lowest pauper to the highest king, could be denied.

Hi,

Yes, we do have that document that informs us of our inalienable rights but we still have to fight to keep them, at least while we're on this Earth. But to be honest, God doesn't really care about our rights. He cares about our eternal souls and where they will spend that eternity. That's why Jesus gave up ALL of his rights and died a sacrificial death for us - so that our eternal souls could spend eternity in the presence of our Divine Father, instead of being cast out like Lucifer and all the others who reject God's plan, God's purpose, and all of the Good Gifts that God has prepared for us. There are many choices in this life but there are only two choices in eternity. I know I'm preaching now so let me sum up by quoting Johnny Cash.
