There is nothing more special or time honored then a well made lever gun.
I’ll be be watching and ready to buy that Ruger made Marlin 45-70 guide gun to add to my collection.

I love my .357 and .44 Mag leverguns. One of the reasons that I purchased them was that I can be reasonably certain that they will be legal to own in any jurisdiction if I ever get unexpectedly transferred for work. They are also incredibly fun to shoot. I usually run .38 Special through mine if I'm just plinking, but I wouldn't underestimate the power of a .38 Special Wadcutter fired out of an 18.5" barrel for defensive purposes.
