Keystone, watch the video in the Classic Firearms video below for a good description of binary triggers. But briefly, the ATF has ruled them legal since its two separate actions of the the trigger (pull, then reset), vs full auto that only requires one pull for many rounds. The bump stock was initially ruled the same by the ATF, until the L.V. Nev. shooting that change it. So beware, it’s only a similar incident away for the ruling to potentially be changed for binary triggers as well.Devils advocate.
