Wield a Big Stick to Speak More Softly and Be Heard More Loudly

Most Americans attribute the contrasting foreign policy and national security strategies between former Presidents Trump and Obama and the current administration solely along party lines. However, one could argue that it has more to do with leadership styles than ideology. Partisan political agendas certainly played a role in how each governed, but the opposing leadership styles greatly impacted their decision-making behaviors.

Hanlon's Razor personified. Never attribute to malice that which can be explained by stupidity. Biden was an idiot 50 years ago and nothing has changed other than the people manipulating him.
From 1987: his “record at school”:
Plagiarism and an avg student at best

“Biden held a news conference last week at which he confirmed he had faced disciplinary action on a charge of plagiarizing part of a law school paper as a freshman, and admitted that he had sometimes borrowed quotes from other politicians, including Robert F. Kennedy, Hubert H. Humphrey and British Labor Party leader Neil Kinnock.
Biden's records that he released last week indicated he attended law school on a half-time scholarship based on financial need and that he graduated 76th out of a law school class of 85. His undergraduate academic records show that he graduated from Delaware 506th in a class of 688 with a "C" average and that he got his undergraduate degree with a dual major in history and political science.“

I am not sure he intended to plagarize. I think he was just too stupid to know he needed to attribute the quotes. Not sure which explanation is more frightening.
