And Queen was huge and many of their songs have enormous commercial appeal. See Bohemian Rhapsody in Wayne's World for instance.


One of the most profound songs I have ever heard is a deep cut off A Night At The Opera called " Good Company". Give it a listen.

Queen wont see but a 1/4 of that based on the previous record deals, but its a nice payout for everyone .

I dont think Elec Cars are worth but $10k and a Dodge Ram WRX isnt worth $100k, but looky here.. folks are shelling out cash for both

I'm sure they considered the value of licensing for TV and film. Queen sings have been used in many productions and theme songs.
