XD 357 V-10

New guy here! I'm also new to Springfield pistols (but not new to shooting or firearms). I have the XD-M 10 with the PRP trigger which is an excellent gun. I also purchased an XD 357 V-10 recently. It had never been fired. I put the PRP trigger in that too. Each shot kinda feels like it gives me a concussion - but it's awesome and extremely accurate. I can't seem to find any info on this pistol anywhere. I see that the XD 357 is no longer produced. Does anyone know if this V-10 model was a special production run or something?

Am not sure if XD 357 V-10 was a special run or not, but there are some out there.

They did ported versions of the XD’s mid 2000’s, not really a special production but as an option. The 365’s were one of the least produced XD’s and even less ported ones were made.

Very cool - thank you for the insight guys - much appreciated! I contacted Springfield directly about it and unfortunately the gal I spoke with had no clue what I was talking about. Wonder if they have a serial number lookup to find the date of manufacture?
