i’m looking forward to getting a XDM elite 9mm 3.8. I was wondering does the accessories for the XDM such as lasers, flashlights etc fit on the Elite as well?

The Elite picatinny rail is the same. Your light or laser will mount fine.

I'm looking for a good kydex IWB holster for the XDM elite 3.8 9mm. Any luck finding one?
