Xds-9 Mod.2 CT-1500 replacement

Hello all.

First time posting, so sorry if I break quorum.

I picked up the XDs-9 Mod.2 w/ the Crimson Trace red dot a couple years back for a great price. The Red dot did its thing but time and the elements have put her in her grave. Time for a replacement. But everything im looking at (Romeo1, Viper, Trijicon RMR) seem to be too big for the milled slide. Is there an option out there I can drop in without milling?

Right now I'm waiting to hear from CT about the CTS-1550 and if it will fit. But due to my work space, I would like to look at more "robust" options as well i.e. waterproof/ipx8.

Any helps appreciated.

If it's cut for the J-Point, the Shield RMSc ($400) and SMSc ($299 from Springfield Armory Store) will fit. I have the RMSc on my Hellcat and have had no problem of any kind in my 2nd year with the sight. The RMSc allows 100% co-witness of my stock iron sights and I believe the SMSc does as well.
