Who was to blame for the station nightclub fire?


After the fire, multiple civil and criminal cases were filed. Daniel Biechele, the tour manager for Great White who had ignited the pyrotechnics, pled guilty to 100 counts of involuntary manslaughter in 2006 and was sentenced to fifteen years in prison with four to serve.

I DON'T CARE......it was a part of their act to do this....

i had my garage about 3/4's of a mile from there.....many of those that died, were sons/daughters of my former customers.

when i started reading the obits and saw the names, i KNEW it was thier kids (all grown up now)

i met several of the parents at the memorial

God dammit, it was gut wrenching, to KNOW that many of THOSE kids came to MY gas station for air in thier pool toys, or air in bike tires or to sell school candy for fund raising...

damn that night, damn that band.

good riddance.
 
the father (Dave Kane a radio DJ himself here) lost his son in the fire, and questions why Russell was not charged as well, as the manager, who worked for them.

@Old_Me i understand the frustration of knowing people that have been effected by this and being close to them. try living next door to 2 people that you can't get rid of (neighbors) that state they'll shoot me (sister) and claim self defense and the police and property owner (mother) does nothing about it! she only married this POS just to not be alone...................wow, what a choice and he 2 kids from a previous marriage can't stand him either! so much more than just this crap to start with on what both (neighbors) have done.......i'll stop there as this could take up several pages if i went on. back in '86 my cousins and i went to a george straight concert in amarillo. thought he would cancel after we found out his daughter died in a car accident (not sure if it was 2 weeks, 1 week or just a day or 2 before the concert), but he came on and gave a good concert! i think she was 13 when she died? might seem irrelevant, but some people don't do things intentionally or are a party to the outcome.............are you going to hate the bus driver also as being a part of the crew? my mom says to forgive and forget. i can do that, but not forgetting can save lives is what i tell her!
