and that's the thing..it's recent, it's been all over the news..
we been seeing it nearly on a daily basis....too new in our memory banks.
this is how hard up Hollywood is......they have writers, but they cannot think for themselves.
they have to "steal" from the media, THEN make up other things.

Sadly, true. The Repubs finally developed enough of a spine to expel Santos (though it should have happened a long time ago). But the Dems have pretty much been mum on Menendez, and his crimes are potentially much more serious.

I'd beg to differ on that one. I watched some segments with him recently when he had James Carville on, and just about threw up in my mouth. Eff Bill Maher, and while we're at it, eff SNL as well.
